Instructions for Authors

Scientific Datum Publications is committed to publishing research that not only advances global knowledge but also maintains the highest standards of authenticity and scientific integrity. Our goal is to contribute to a more informed and aware global research community. Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts and are encouraged to carefully review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth submission and publication process.

Submission of Articles

Manuscripts must align closely with the scope and focus of the selected journal. Once authors determine the most appropriate journal for their work, submissions can be made either directly to the Editorial Office or via email as an attachment. All manuscripts must include necessary ethical approvals and permissions and should be free from copyright violations. Authors must ensure that the manuscript is submitted to only one journal at a time. Please follow the detailed submission guidelines provided below for a seamless submission experience. Our editorial team remains available to assist authors throughout the process.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

Scientific Datum Publications operates as a non-profit entity, maintaining complete transparency in its APC policy while supporting open-access publishing. The APC covers essential publishing services, ensuring that all published content is freely accessible to readers worldwide. These charges contribute to editorial management, peer review coordination, plagiarism checks, copyediting, typesetting, formatting, DOI registration via Crossref, online hosting, digital archiving, and website maintenance. Additionally, APC supports adherence to ethical publishing standards and facilitates indexing and visibility across databases and social platforms. It is important to note that APC is charged only after successful peer review and acceptance, and it does not influence editorial decisions.

Publication Charges: Euros 579 | USD 670

Refund Policy:

APC payments are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or unintended payments. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment for review.

Resubmission of Articles

Following peer review, reviewer comments and suggestions are communicated to the authors. If revisions are required, authors are expected to address all comments carefully and resubmit the revised manuscript promptly. The status of resubmissions is updated through the editorial system, and authors will also receive email notifications regarding progress.
